Glucosamine, MSM, Turmeric, and Boswellia for Joint Support

JOINT MOTION combines structural ingredients with botanicals commonly used in joint-support products: vegetal glucosamine HCl, MSM, turmeric, boswellia, hyaluronic acid, white willow bark, and black pepper extract.

Structural support ingredients

Glucosamine is a building block for molecules found in cartilage. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in connective tissues and joint fluid. Research on glucosamine supplements and joint symptoms has produced inconsistent results, so it should not be presented as a guaranteed outcome.

Botanical support

Turmeric provides curcuminoids, while boswellia comes from tree resin used traditionally for inflammation and mobility. Initial evidence for turmeric and boswellia in joint comfort is promising, but larger and higher-quality studies are still needed. Black pepper extract is often included to increase curcumin bioavailability.

Bottom line: the formula is designed to support joint comfort, flexibility, and mobility. It is not a treatment for arthritis or injury. White willow bark may be unsuitable for people sensitive to aspirin or taking certain medicines. Review the NCCIH evidence on glucosamine, turmeric, and boswellia.
